The exterior of the home requires little to no maintenance. Each home at Riverbend has vinyl siding, composite material decks and PVC trim.

The Riverbend Estates Community consist of 25 luxurious single-family homes nestled in a warm and inviting neighborhood. Currently 20 homes are sold and occupied. The final phase is underway with 5 remaining lots.
